This version of the Apple House Property Management website was done with ASP.NET using MS SQL database to store data.

Once someone is logged into the website a second menu bar appears that will allow the owner/admin of the site to easily add and edit data on managed properties. This data includes location information as well as rental rates and whether the property is currently rented. This site can also keep track of the property manager’s customers showing what properties are theirs and gross monthly rent.

A text editing feature has also been added to easily allow the owner/admin to change the text that is displayed on some of the public facing pages without the need for a webmaster.
